Account Requirement: Users must be logged into their verified Factory Direct NG account at the time of the click to ensure the 0.5% commission is credited to the correct wallet.
2. Qualifying Purchases & Exclusions
Successful Delivery: Cashback is only earned on “Successful Orders.” Orders that are cancelled, rejected at the point of delivery (Pay on Delivery), or returned within the vendor’s return window (usually 3–14 days) are not eligible.
Bulk/Reseller Orders: We reserve the right to disqualify cashback for bulk purchases intended for resale or fraudulent activity.
Platform Exclusions: Occasionally, certain high-demand items (e.g., specific iPhone launches or PS5 consoles) may be excluded from the cashback program based on vendor restrictions.
3. The “Waiting Period” & Verification
Pending Status: Once a purchase is detected, your 0.5% cashback will appear as “Pending” automatically in your Factory Direct NG wallet and can not be withdrawn immediately.
Validation Window: Due to Nigerian consumer protection laws and vendor return policies, cashback will remain “Pending” for 3 to 7 days. This ensures the item was not returned or refunded.
Approval: Once the vendor (e.g., Jumia, Slot, Shopinverse) confirms the sale as “Final” and pays the commission to FactoryDirectNG, your status will change to “Confirmed,” and funds will be available for withdrawal.
4. Payouts & Withdrawals
Minimum Threshold: Users can withdraw their cashback once their “Confirmed” balance reaches a minimum of ₦100.
Method: Withdrawals will be processed via bank transfer to the Nigerian bank account linked to your profile or can be converted into shopping vouchers for use on Factory Direct NG.
5. Disclaimers & Limitations
Tracking Issues: While we use advanced tracking, we are not responsible for technical failures on the vendor’s website (e.g., Jumia’s store page failing to fire a tracking pixel).
Modification: Factory Direct NG reserves the right to change the cashback percentage (currently 0.5%) or terminate the program at any time with 30 days’ notice.
Taxes: Users are responsible for any personal tax obligations arising from earned cashback.
