The FDRewards (“The Promotion”) is organized by Factory Direct NG. By participating in this promotion, customers agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
- The promotion is open to residents of Nigeria aged 18 years or older.
- Participants must have a valid order history with Factory Direct NG.
- Employees of Factory Direct NG and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Requirements
To qualify for the weekly draw, a participant must meet the following criteria within a single “Draw Week” (Monday 12:00 AM to Sunday 11:59 PM):
- Minimum Order Value: Must place an order(s) with a total value of ₦50,000 or more.
- Community Membership: Must be an active member of at least one (1) official Factory Direct NG WhatsApp Batch/Group at the time of the draw.
- Payment Confirmation: Only fully paid and confirmed orders will be considered. Pending or cancelled orders are ineligible.
3. Draw Process & Winners
- Selection: Winners will be selected at random using a verifiable random number generator or a live-recorded physical draw.
- Frequency: The draw takes place once every week on [Insert Day, e.g., Monday].
- Announcement: Winners will be announced via the Factory Direct NG WhatsApp Groups and/or official social media channels.
- Multiple Entries: Every ₦50,000 spent counts as one entry (e.g., A ₦150,000 purchase grants three entries).
4. Prize Redemption
- Prizes (Smart Watches, Earpods, Speakers, etc.) are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
- Logistics: Winners are responsible for any shipping or waybill costs associated with the delivery of the prize, unless otherwise stated by Factory Direct NG.
- Identification: Winners may be required to provide a valid ID and proof of purchase (receipt) to claim their prize.
5. Publicity & Data
- By participating, winners agree to the use of their first name and/or WhatsApp handle in promotional announcements.
- Factory Direct NG reserves the right to request a photo or testimonial video from winners for marketing purposes.
6. Disqualification
Factory Direct NG reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
- Tampers with the entry process.
- Leaves the official WhatsApp groups prior to the draw date.
- Engages in fraudulent payment activities or chargebacks.
7. Limitation of Liability
Factory Direct NG is not responsible for technical failures, network delays, or any issues that prevent a customer from joining a WhatsApp group or completing an order before the weekly deadline.
8. Amendments
Factory Direct NG reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the rules of the FDRewards at any time without prior notice, though we will make every effort to communicate changes to our community.
