EAZY,BUY,FLEX INSTALLMENT PLAN TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Eazy,Buy,Flex, the flexible layaway and installment savings plan offered by Factorydirectng.com. By opting into an Eazy Buy Flex installment payment plan for any product, you (“the Customer”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Please read carefully before opting into the Eazy, Buy, Flex (FlexPay) program. Read the terms and agreement and sign here.

1. Program Overview & Price Protection

  • Price Lock Guarantee: Once your initial deposit/down payment is made, the price of your item is locked in at the advertised promo price. You are fully protected against future market price increases or inflation during the active payment period.
  • Flexible Durations: Customers may choose repayment durations ranging from 3 to 9 months, with options for weekly or monthly installments.

2. Order Packaging, Shipment & Pickup Eligibility

  • Milestone Fulfillment: To protect against defaults and ensure smooth order fulfillment, packaging, preparation, and shipment/pickup processing will begin ONLY when total cumulative payments reach between 80% and 95% of the total item cost.
  • Final Delivery/Handover: Final dispatch or in-store pickup will be completed upon reaching the agreed milestone or full settlement of the remaining balance, subject to order verification.

3. Order Cancellation & Money Back Policy

  • Right to Cancel: We understand that financial situations can change. Customers have the right to cancel their installment order or request a withdrawal at any time prior to item dispatch/pickup.
  • Refund Process: Upon receiving a formal cancellation request, all saved funds will be refunded directly to the customer’s verified local Nigerian bank account.
  • Processing & Administrative Fee: A modest processing/administrative fee of up to 2.5% may be deducted from the refunded sum to cover bank transaction charges and administrative overhead. Refund payouts are processed within 3 to 7 business days.

4. Cash Back & Rewards Program

  • Earn Cash Back: Customers qualify for a cash back reward of 0.5% per transaction or up to ₦30,000, depending on the active promotion and total transaction value.
  • Payout Method: All earned cash back amounts are calculated automatically and paid directly into the customer’s registered local bank account upon successful activation or completion of the plan.

5. Referral Commission Program

  • Earn 0.5% Commission: Existing customers and partners can earn a 0.5% referral commission on every successful installment purchase completed by a referee using their unique referral link or code.
  • Commission Payout: Referral earnings accumulate in your Eazy Buy Flex Wallet or are paid directly into your verified Nigerian bank account upon request.

6. Risk, Security & Fraud Prevention

  • Identity Verification (KYC): For security and fraud prevention, Factorydirectng.com reserves the right to request valid identification (e.g., NIN, Driver’s License, Voter’s Card, or Student ID) prior to dispatching high-value items.
  • Secure Payments: All installment transfers and card payments are secured using end-to-end encryption. Factorydirectng.com will never request your banking passwords or ATM PINs.
  • Unclaimed Orders / Abandoned Plans: If a plan remains inactive with no payment or communication for over 90 consecutive days, Factorydirectng.com will contact the customer to initiate a refund or convert the funds into store credit.

7. Returns, Replacements & Warranty

  • Inspection Upon Delivery: Customers are advised to inspect products immediately upon pickup or delivery.
  • 7-Day Return/Replacement Window: If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, it can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receipt, provided it remains in its original packaging with all accessories intact.
  • Manufacturer Warranty: Standard manufacturer warranties apply to eligible electronic gadgets and appliances from the day of final physical handover.

DEFAULT & TERMINATION

Cashback rights are forfeited

Failure to pay as scheduled constitutes a default.

Factory Direct NG reserves the right to:

Freeze the FlexPay account

Cancel the agreement after extended non-payment

Upon cancellation:

The product is returned to inventory

The Customer may receive a refund minus applicable administrative, holding, and service charges
