1️⃣ WHAT IS FD FLEXPAY™?
FD FlexPay™ allows customers to reserve a gadget by paying a part upfront and complete payment within an agreed period before the product is released.

2️⃣ ELIGIBILITY
To use FD FlexPay™, customers must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Provide a valid government-issued ID
- Provide a verified phone number and delivery address
- Sign or accept the FD FlexPay agreement
- Make a minimum deposit of 50%
Factory Direct NG reserves the right to approve or decline any FlexPay request.
3️⃣ PAYMENT STRUCTURE
- Minimum Deposit: 50% of product price
- Payment Duration: 30–60 days (depending on plan chosen)
- Payment Schedule: Weekly or bi-weekly payments
- Product Release: Only after 100% payment is completed
⚠️ Products will NOT be released until full payment is made.
4️⃣ PRODUCT HANDLING & SECURITY
- Product is reserved and tagged for the customer
- Device details (including IMEI where applicable) are recorded
- Product remains under Factory Direct NG custody until fully paid
5️⃣ CASHBACK & FDWALLET
- Cashback is earned at 0.5% of the product price
- Cashback is credited to your FDWallet
- Cashback becomes available only after full payment is completed
- Cashback can be:
- Withdrawn
- Used for future purchases
- Used for accessories or bill payments
🛑 Cashback is not released if FlexPay is cancelled or defaulted.
6️⃣ MISSED PAYMENT & DEFAULT POLICY
To keep FlexPay fair, the following applies:

|---|---|
| 7 days late | Payment reminder sent |
| 14 days late | FlexPay account temporarily frozen |
| 21 days late | FlexPay order cancelled |
If order is cancelled:
- Customer receives a refund minus administrative & holding fees
- Product is returned to stock
- Cashback is forfeited
7️⃣ NO TRANSFER OR RESELLING
- FlexPay orders are non-transferable
- Customers cannot resell or reassign a FlexPay product before completion
8️⃣ PRICE ADJUSTMENT (IF APPLICABLE)
Some FlexPay plans may include a small price markup to cover storage, risk, and administrative costs.
Any adjustment will be clearly communicated before confirmation.
9️⃣ CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
By opting into FD FlexPay™, the customer agrees to:
- Pay as scheduled
- Communicate early if challenges arise
- Abide by all stated rules
Failure to comply may lead to loss of FlexPay privileges.
